Patients submit a medication request specifying the prescription drug name, dosage, quantity, and form required. No prescription documents are uploaded to the platform at this stage. Requests are limited to non-controlled medications only.
Licensed pharmacy partners in the patient's state review available requests and respond with their pricing. Patient information remains protected throughout this stage — pharmacy partners see only the medication details, not personal patient information.
The patient reviews available pricing options and selects the offer that best suits their needs. Payment is processed securely through the platform at the point of selection. The selected pharmacy partner's contact details are then shared for prescription transfer.
The patient arranges for their prescribing physician to transfer the prescription directly to the selected pharmacy through standard channels — phone, fax, or electronic prescribing. The pharmacy dispenses and ships the medication directly to the patient's address.
