General Terms and Conditions
By placing an order through this site, the purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasers of products through this web site understand and acknowledge that RxBids is not an accredited pharmacy and does not directly supply pharmaceuticals. RxBids, role is to identify accredited pharmacies across the country and pass orders on to them. Products are therefore dispatched and paid for under the Prescribing Pharmacist Agreement outlined below.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check local regulations and to order prescription medicines only after a prescription has been received following a consultation with an accredited physician.
The purchaser agrees not to resell or supply products purchased through this web site to other individuals or organizations.
The purchaser represents that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
The purchaser accepts full liability for the use of the service provided by RxBids, and products provided by its suppliers.
The purchaser represents that he or she will not take any legal action against RxBids, it’s parent company, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders or any of its suppliers who are providing this service in good faith. However, this representation does not affect the responsibility of the referred pharmacy which agrees to be bound by the state laws in which it is licensed.
Any information or advice found on this web site and available though the links on this web site is provided for information only and does not replace advice from a physician. RxBids, does not give any warranty regarding its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for individual users of the products listed on this web site.
Because of the nature of pharmaceutical products, order cancellations cannot and will not be accepted after goods have been dispatched and or payment has been processed. However if a pharmaceutical product becomes unavailable due to any reason, your money will quickly be refunded and you will be informed by email.
Returns are governed entirely by the filling pharmacy. RxBids, is not responsible for any delivery that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information being provided by the purchaser. If goods are returned after initially being delivered to an incorrect address, they will be resent. RxBids, is not responsible for delays, losses or damage in transit caused by the postal Service. If an incorrect order is sent or a delivery error is made because of a supplier error, the correct products will be sent at no additional cost to the purchaser. The incorrect order must however be returned to the supplier.
Prescribing Pharmacist Agreement
I agree to allow the prescribing pharmacist to contact my physician(s) to discuss any medical conditions I may have relating to the drug(s) I have ordered. I understand that the reason for this consent is to provide the prescribing pharmacist with a full opportunity to conduct an independent analysis of whether the drug(s) prescribed by my U.S. physician are appropriate and to discuss any potential medical complications that may arise. I further understand that my medical information will not be used for any other reason and will be kept in strict confidence.
Indicate Agreement
1. I have read and understood and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Prescribing Pharmacist Agreement above.
2. I have been fully informed by appropriately trained health care personnel and understand the risks, benefits, and possible side effects of the prescription drug(s) I have requested and have studied written or internet materials on these drugs.
3. I will promptly contact a local physician for any necessary medical intervention should a complication or concern result related to the use of a requested medication.
4. I agree that all medication ordered are for my own personal use and will not exceed a 90 day supply and not to stockpile beyond an already adequate supply on hand.
